近年(nian)來隨著社會的(de)發展,安(an)防技術也在(zai)不斷的(de)成熟(shu)與(yu)完善(shan),安(an)防正(zheng)朝著網絡化、高(gao)清化與(yu)智(zhi)(zhi)能化邁進。高(gao)速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)視頻(pin)(pin)監控(kong)系統也不例外,但是高(gao)速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)監控(kong)系統龐大(da),距離遙遠,信號錯綜(zong)復雜,對系統的(de)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)、應用的(de)靈活性(xing)(xing)均提(ti)出了(le)更高(gao)的(de)要求,因此要實(shi)現高(gao)速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)視頻(pin)(pin)監控(kong)系統的(de)網絡化、高(gao)清化與(yu)智(zhi)(zhi)能化,搭建智(zhi)(zhi)能型、穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)、實(shi)用性(xing)(xing)、先進性(xing)(xing)、可靠性(xing)(xing)、可擴展性(xing)(xing)、靈活性(xing)(xing)的(de)光纖傳輸(shu)系統成為了(le)重中之重。本文提(ti)出的(de)方案,是針對內(nei)蒙(meng)古鄂爾多(duo)斯(si)高(gao)速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)而設計的(de)光纖傳輸(shu)方案。

  一、客戶需求

  2.1系統構成

  根據實(shi)際需(xu)(xu)求情況,鄂爾多斯市高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)視(shi)頻監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系列光纖傳(chuan)輸系統的建設(she)主要包括(kuo):一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)總監(jian)控(kong)(kong)管(guan)理(li)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),三(san)個(ge)(ge)分監(jian)控(kong)(kong)管(guan)理(li)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)設(she)為(wei)總監(jian)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)),七(qi)對(dui)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)服(fu)務區(qu)(分別在高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)兩旁2-3Km處(chu)),七(qi)個(ge)(ge)收費站,分別布局在七(qi)對(dui)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)服(fu)務區(qu)附近(jin)。七(qi)對(dui)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)服(fu)務區(qu)、七(qi)個(ge)(ge)收費站所(suo)(suo)有數(shu)據均需(xu)(xu)上傳(chuan)至所(suo)(suo)轄分監(jian)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),分監(jian)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)全部數(shu)據,均可(ke)由總監(jian)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)調取和實(shi)時監(jian)控(kong)(kong)及控(kong)(kong)制。

  1、總監控管理中心:

  鄂(e)爾(er)多斯市高速(su)公路視頻(pin)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系列(lie)光纖傳輸系統(tong)的中心(xin)。對(dui)下屬3個分(fen)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)中心(xin),共(gong)510路視頻(pin)圖像進行監(jian)控(kong)(kong)管理,以及收費站近20×7路視頻(pin),并對(dui)區(qu)間測速(su)數據控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)具備實時(shi)檢測及控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)能力。

  2、分監控管理中心:

  樁(zhuang)號K19+650點分(fen)監控(kong)(kong)管(guan)理中(zhong)(zhong)心(A分(fen)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)心),A分(fen)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)心含74個(ge)道(dao)路視(shi)頻(pin)監控(kong)(kong)點,其中(zhong)(zhong)A分(fen)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)心前端(duan)14個(ge),后端(duan)59個(ge),旁(pang)1個(ge)。含2對服務(wu)區,每個(ge)服務(wu)區20個(ge)視(shi)頻(pin)攝像機,共80個(ge)。其中(zhong)(zhong),2對服務(wu)區的樁(zhuang)號分(fen)別(bie)是:K19+650、K101+830。因此A分(fen)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)心視(shi)頻(pin)總量(liang)為154路。

  樁(zhuang)號(hao)K135+100點分監控管理中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(總(zong)監控管理中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)設置在此分控中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),因此該處稱為(wei)B總(zong)控中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)),B總(zong)控中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)含71個(ge)(ge)道路視頻監控點,其中(zhong)A分控中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)前端(duan)9個(ge)(ge),后端(duan)61個(ge)(ge),旁1個(ge)(ge)。含2對服(fu)務區,每個(ge)(ge)服(fu)務區20個(ge)(ge)視頻攝像機,共(gong)80個(ge)(ge)。其中(zhong),2對服(fu)務區的樁(zhuang)號(hao)分別是:K135+100、K189+950。因此B總(zong)控中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)視頻總(zong)量為(wei)151路。

  樁K380+100點(dian)分(fen)(fen)監控(kong)管理中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(C分(fen)(fen)控(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)),C分(fen)(fen)控(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)含88個道路視(shi)頻(pin)監控(kong)點(dian),其中(zhong)(zhong)A分(fen)(fen)控(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)前端70個,后端17個,旁1個。含3對服(fu)務(wu)區(qu),每個服(fu)務(wu)區(qu)20個視(shi)頻(pin)攝像機(ji),共120個。其中(zhong)(zhong),3對服(fu)務(wu)區(qu)的樁號分(fen)(fen)別是(shi):K247+200、K313+700、K380+100。因(yin)此C分(fen)(fen)控(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)視(shi)頻(pin)總量(liang)為208路。

  將A、C分(fen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心通過(guo)2芯(xin)光纖與管理中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心組成星型傳(chuan)(chuan)輸網(wang)絡,將系統中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)視(shi)頻(pin)圖(tu)像(xiang)應用(yong)一(yi)芯(xin)采(cai)用(yong)智(zhi)(zhi)能千兆光網(wang)絡上傳(chuan)(chuan)或者(zhe)調取(qu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據,另(ling)外,應用(yong)一(yi)芯(xin)分(fen)別(bie)從A、C分(fen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心實時傳(chuan)(chuan)輸任意32路(lu)非(fei)壓縮視(shi)頻(pin)圖(tu)像(xiang)至總(zong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心。鑒于(yu)分(fen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心距(ju)總(zong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心距(ju)離(li)長(chang),采(cai)取(qu)增(zeng)加節(jie)點(dian)的方式延長(chang)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸距(ju)離(li)。該(gai)高速(su)公路(lu)含7對服務區(qu),7個收(shou)費站(zhan),均采(cai)用(yong)智(zhi)(zhi)能千兆光網(wang)絡上傳(chuan)(chuan)或調取(qu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據,采(cai)用(yong)一(yi)芯(xin)光纖。各路(lu)段除視(shi)頻(pin)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)以外,另(ling)含有(you)交通誘導(dao)、區(qu)間(jian)測(ce)速(su),這些(xie)交通誘導(dao)采(cai)用(yong)RS485傳(chuan)(chuan)輸數(shu)(shu)(shu)據,并在視(shi)頻(pin)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)點(dian)旁,因(yin)(yin)此采(cai)用(yong)在視(shi)頻(pin)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)點(dian)設(she)置光端(duan)機處(chu),增(zeng)添RS485傳(chuan)(chuan)輸通道即(ji)可,區(qu)間(jian)測(ce)速(su)采(cai)用(yong)以太網(wang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據傳(chuan)(chuan)輸,因(yin)(yin)光纖資源有(you)限,僅提供一(yi)芯(xin)單模光纖,傳(chuan)(chuan)輸節(jie)點(dian)數(shu)(shu)(shu)量多,因(yin)(yin)此,采(cai)用(yong)千兆智(zhi)(zhi)能環網(wang)以太網(wang)光纖收(shou)發器傳(chuan)(chuan)輸。

  鄂(e)爾(er)多(duo)斯(si)市高(gao)速(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)視(shi)頻(pin)(pin)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系列(lie)光(guang)(guang)纖傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)系統(tong)采取三級(ji)(ji)組網(wang)方式,根據鄂(e)爾(er)多(duo)斯(si)市高(gao)速(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)實際情況,總控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)為第(di)一級(ji)(ji),分(fen)(fen)(fen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)為第(di)二級(ji)(ji),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)及(ji)道路(lu)(lu)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)為第(di)三級(ji)(ji),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)或道路(lu)(lu)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)首先收集(ji)就近信號,并別(bie)分(fen)(fen)(fen)接入該服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)或道路(lu)(lu)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)配(pei)置(zhi)的(de)光(guang)(guang)端機(ji)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)設備(bei)(bei),在服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)、收費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)還(huan)可實現本地監(jian)(jian)看的(de)同時上傳(chuan)(chuan)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)圖像(xiang)到(dao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)。分(fen)(fen)(fen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)將服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)及(ji)道路(lu)(lu)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)匯聚(ju)的(de)視(shi)頻(pin)(pin)及(ji)其他信號集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)統(tong)一管(guan)理,除(chu)實現本地監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)以外,同時將所(suo)匯聚(ju)信號接入該分(fen)(fen)(fen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)配(pei)置(zhi)的(de)光(guang)(guang)端機(ji)設備(bei)(bei)。總控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),將各分(fen)(fen)(fen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)上傳(chuan)(chuan)的(de)信號統(tong)一監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)。鄂(e)爾(er)多(duo)斯(si)市高(gao)速(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)視(shi)頻(pin)(pin)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系列(lie)光(guang)(guang)纖傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)系統(tong)的(de)建設包括:監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)三個(ge)(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)一個(ge)含“分(fen)(fen)(fen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”和“總控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”兩種功能),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)7對(dui)(三個(ge)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)分(fen)(fen)(fen)布(bu)在14個(ge)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)當中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)成對(dui)分(fen)(fen)(fen)布(bu)  在道路(lu)(lu)兩旁),收費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)7個(ge)(分(fen)(fen)(fen)別(bie)位于服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)附近)。

  鄂爾多斯(si)市高速公(gong)路(lu)視頻監(jian)控系列(lie)光纖傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)輸系統(tong)包括了視頻信號的(de)接(jie)入、傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)輸、控制和其他信號的(de)統(tong)一管理,是高速公(gong)路(lu)監(jian)控系統(tong)的(de)核心子系統(tong)。該項(xiang)目具有前端點分散(san)、多級傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)輸、分布式(shi)管理、線路(lu)復雜、保密性(xing)要求高等特(te)點,因(yin)此視頻傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)輸的(de)方式(shi)直接(jie)決定了整個監(jian)控系統(tong)的(de)質量和效果。

  在本(ben)系統中,服務區/收費站、道路監(jian)控(kong)點、分控(kong)中心、總控(kong)中心之間的(de)視(shi)頻(pin)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)均采用(yong)了(le)(le)光纖(xian)作為傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)通道。方案中設計(ji)的(de)全光數(shu)字監(jian)控(kong)網絡(luo),是融合了(le)(le)數(shu)字非壓縮視(shi)頻(pin)編碼技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、光纖(xian)專(zhuan)網通信(xin)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、數(shu)字矩陣技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、CWMD技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、光級(ji)聯技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、電級(ji)聯技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、光開關技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、智(zhi)能(neng)自愈網絡(luo)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),針對高速公(gong)路監(jian)控(kong)系統視(shi)頻(pin)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)的(de)特點,實現了(le)(le)全數(shu)字傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)及交叉切(qie)換(huan)、前端可擴(kuo)容等功能(neng),是在傳(chuan)(chuan)統視(shi)頻(pin)監(jian)控(kong)聯網方式基礎上的(de)一次質的(de)飛躍。

  3.2.2組網方式

  總控中(zhong)心為第一級,分控中(zhong)心為第二級,服務(wu)區/收費站/道路監(jian)控點為第三級。利用已有的光纖為傳輸(shu)通道組成星型分布式傳輸(shu)網絡。

  采用全(quan)光數字(zi)監(jian)控網絡(luo),多級傳輸和統一管理,在滿(man)足并提高了專(zhuan)網傳輸能力和網絡(luo)質(zhi)量的(de)同時,建設起一套獨立(li)的(de)監(jian)控網絡(luo)。

  1、服務區、收(shou)費站將(jiang)(jiang)視頻信號(hao)及控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號(hao)進行(xing)集(ji)中(zhong)后,除實現本地監控(kong)(kong)(kong)以為并向上(shang)級分控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)心(xin)上(shang)傳(chuan)。道路監控(kong)(kong)(kong)點僅(jin)將(jiang)(jiang)該點視頻信號(hao)、控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號(hao)以及其他(ta)就(jiu)近數(shu)據(ju)信號(hao)進行(xing)集(ji)中(zhong)到ONV智能(neng)冗余式千(qian)兆光(guang)纖(xian)收(shou)發器上(shang)傳(chuan)至上(shang)級分控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)心(xin)。

  2、分(fen)控中心將視(shi)頻信(xin)號及其他(ta)信(xin)號進行集(ji)中后,除實現(xian)本地監控以外并(bing)視(shi)頻信(xin)號及其他(ta)信(xin)號統一上傳總控中心。

  3、總(zong)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)心通(tong)過獨立(li)光纖(兩芯)與(yu)分控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)心連接,組成傳輸網(wang)絡,實(shi)現(xian)總(zong)控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)心與(yu)分控(kong)(kong)中(zhong)心之間的雙向傳輸。

  4、總控中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)對(dui)圖像信號的切(qie)換調用(yong)、控制和(he)傳(chuan)輸,可(ke)直接在總控中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)調用(yong)任意信號并實施相應控制。

  A、B、C區域設(she)備(bei)按(an)以上示意圖進行配置。因此依據光級聯(lian)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)視頻數(shu)量多,電級聯(lian)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)節(jie)(jie)(jie)點(dian)(dian)多距(ju)離遠,服務(wu)區、收(shou)費站圖像及其(qi)他信號上傳(chuan)(chuan)采用(yong)智(zhi)能(neng)冗余節(jie)(jie)(jie)點(dian)(dian)千(qian)(qian)兆收(shou)發器傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu),分監(jian)控中(zhong)(zhong)心上傳(chuan)(chuan)總監(jian)控中(zhong)(zhong)心組(zu)建(jian)兩組(zu)千(qian)(qian)兆全線速(su)光纖網絡,采用(yong)智(zhi)能(neng)冗余節(jie)(jie)(jie)點(dian)(dian)千(qian)(qian)兆收(shou)發器傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu),應用(yong)區間(jian)測(ce)速(su)采用(yong)智(zhi)能(neng)冗余節(jie)(jie)(jie)點(dian)(dian)千(qian)(qian)兆收(shou)發器傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu),在(zai)距(ju)離超(chao)過100km,為保證傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)質量采用(yong)增設(she)節(jie)(jie)(jie)點(dian)(dian)方式中(zhong)(zhong)繼傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)。
